Update: To go along with the panel yesterday for the new Predator film Prey, 20th Century Films has unveiled new rad key art as well as a TV spot with new footage. Check out the new promo goods below!

(Original Post) I’m a huge Predator fan. How huge do you ask? Well, I’m such a huge fan that I’ve found something to like about each and every one of the film franchise’s installments after number 2 including The Predator which is much maligned by fans. Yes, I even love the Predator Killer suit that was shown at the end of the movie. Fucking sue me but that suit was baaaaad aaaass. Go ahead, because I’m broke so you’ll get nothing from me. Moving on…
With all that said, I’m really excited to see what the latest movie Prey does for the franchise and I love what I’ve seen so far. Every time someone mentions “woke” when talking about the film just makes me nauseous. Seriously, just because it’s a woman taking on the trophy hunter, people have to bitch about it and find something to complain about.
Well, the cast of Prey along with Director Dan Trachtenberg were at the SDCC Thursday to talk about the movie and what it brings for genre fans as it showcases the films back to its savage roots and this version of the alien, from what we’ve seen, is just plain bad ass. Check out the full panel video below courtesy of EW to get a BTS feel and get ready for some massive and bloody action on August 5th!
Official Synopsis: Set in the Comanche Nation 300 years ago, Prey is the story of a young woman, Naru, a fierce and highly skilled warrior. She has been raised in the shadow of some of the most legendary hunters who roam the Great Plains, so when danger threatens her camp, she sets out to protect her people. The prey she stalks, and ultimately confronts, turns out to be a highly evolved alien predator with a technically advanced arsenal, resulting in a vicious and terrifying showdown between the two adversaries.

Prey stars Amber Midthunder (“The Ice Road,” “Roswell, New Mexico”), newcomer Dakota Beavers, Stormee Kipp(“Sooyii”), Michelle Thrush (“The Journey Home”), and Julian Black Antelope (“Tribal”).
Keep it locked and loaded right here all weekend long for more big reveals from SDCC as we are your destination for everything action in 2022 and beyond!
