Nothing says Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays then football on Netflix and a new teaser for Ben Affleck and Matt Damon’s upcoming crime actioner The RIP. The two stars were in the giving mood yesterday as they delivered a new look at their pending Netflix thriller which tells the story of elite cops at odds when bust money goes missing. Director Joe Carnahan is in full on Michael Mann Mode here with enough atmosphere, swagger, bullets and chaos to make the best 80’s cop flicks blush. Check out the new tease below!

Along with Affleck and Damon, Carnahan’s action-drama stars a bevy of tier one Hollywood talent including Sasha Calle, action/martial arts icon Scott Adkins, Teyana Taylor, and Steven Yeun.
The new Netflix video ad displays Affleck and Damon’s surefire chemistry as longtime friends and collaborators and is a delight as they pal around, joke and tease the new footage as a gift for fans. The film itself looks like a full tilt, bombastic free for all where no one is to be trusted and when the dust settles, not everyone will walk away.
