Be warned! There are some major spoilers ahead as Disney has unveiled a brand new trailer from Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker which features franchise star Adam Driver as Kylo Ren and Ian McDiarmid in his return as the evil Emperor Palpatine. If you want to go in completely fresh then it’s best to stay away from the impending clip below but if you’re like me and want to eat up everything before the release then please partake below.

The plot is still being kept under wraps but we have a lot more new footage to feast our eyes at! Returning key cast members include Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Lupita Nyong’o, Domhnall Gleeson, Kelly Marie Tran, Joonas Suotamo and Billie Lourd. New additions include Naomi Ackie (Doctor Who), Richard E. Grant (Logan), Dominic Monaghan (Lord of the Rings), and Keri Russell (The Americans). Veteran icons Mark Hamill and Billy Dee Williams (who I saw live at NYCC!) return as well along with the late, great Carrie Fisher who will be in the film by way of older footage.

The new trailer which can be played below delivers some much needed reasoning as to why Ren may have turned to the Dark Side. It sure is a juicy clip yo say the least so proceed at your own risk!

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker finally opens on theaters everywhere next week on December 20th!
