Well just over a week and we’ll be able to finally check out Henry Cavill’s latest project as The Witcher will finally debut on Netflix. With 8 days left, the streaming giant has issued one last trailer to wet your appetite and it’s a good one as we are treated to more action from the adaptation of the best selling line of fantasy books. Check out Cavill in action below!

Based on the best-selling fantasy series, The Witcher is an epic tale of fate and family. Geralt of Rivia, a solitary monster hunter, struggles to find his place in a world where people often prove more wicked than beasts. But when destiny hurtles him toward a powerful sorceress, and a young princess with a dangerous secret, the three must learn to navigate the increasingly volatile Continent together.

Cavill stars along with Freya Allan as Ciri, Anya Chalotra as Yennefer, Jodhi May as Queen Calanthe, Mimi Ndiweni as fledgling sorceress Fringilla, Sabrina as Therica Wilson-Read, Millie Brady as outcast Princess Renfri, Adam Levy as Mousesack, Björn Hlynur Haraldsson as the knight Eist and MyAnna Buring as Tissaia.

Riding a bit of controversy as of late as to how much screen time Cavill has as Geralt but I feel that as an ensemble piece he will be represented just fine but we will know for sure on December 20th when the first season drops! Check out the newest footage below!
