Jack Ryan of course and John Krasinski is going tactical and weapons free in the final trailer for Prime Video’s full-length actioner Jack Ryan: Ghost War based on their hit streaming series. The series featured countless firefights, diplomatic destruction and a worldwide conspiracy at every turn so now the movie looks to ramp it up to ten. Offical Synopsis: In this new film, Jack Ryan is reluctantly thrust back into the world of espionage when an international covert mission unravels a deadly conspiracy, forcing him to confront a rogue black-ops unit, and the clock is ticking. Operating in real time with lives on the line and the threat escalating at every turn, Jack reunites with battle-tested CIA operative Mike November (Michael Kelly) and former CIA boss James Greer (Wendell Pierce), their combined experience the only edge they have against an enemy who knows their every move. Krasinski stars along with Wendell Pierce, Sienna Miller, Michael Kelly, Max Beesley, Douglas Hodge, JJ Feild and Betty Gabriel. Andrew Bernstein directs from a script penned by Aaron Rabin along with Krasinski based off a story by Krasinkski and Noah Oppenheim. The movie as well as the series features characters based off the novels by Tom Clancy.

Trailer Reaction asserts that this film based on the series looks to go big or go home as the action and stunts look ramped up to 10 and Krasinski is fine fighting form like he was in the series as well as 13 Hours. A radicalized militia is threatening democracy so who better to call than Tom Clancy’s super-agent. There’s ample bravado, bullets, brawn and brutality to be had and I’m excited to check out the series again in anticipation to this.
