International action and martial arts icon Donnie Ten has given fans a much welcomed gift to start of the new week as he has shared a brand new trailer for his latest action drama with a heaping amount of fists of fury. Titled The Prosecutor, Yen is giving the legal system a much needed kick in the ass with his signature skills and this one looks to want to top Raging Fire for his best contemporary work. Yen promises you his best and we have a taste for you below!
The Prosecutor is set to light cinemas on fire this Christmas and judging from the above preview, we can all believe Yen when he says that he doesn’t accept anything less than his best. Filled with blistering action design, some pretty rad Call of Duty style first person POV action and some wild practical stunt work that has Yen’s stamp of brilliance in it, this one looks like it will check all the boxes and fire on all cylinders.
Ho Pong Mak (the Breakout Brothers trilogy) is in the director’s chair for this one with Kang Yu (Wu Xia, Big Brother) and Julian Cheung (All U Need is Love, The Grandmaster) rounding out the supporting cast. The Prosecutor is a Mandarin Motion Pictures and China’s Huace Pictures’ release.
Donnie Yen is certainly tipping the scales of justice and pulverizing the bad guys at the same time in his upcoming action-drama The Prosecutor which sees the action and martial arts icon returning to doing what he does best after starring in the disaster film Polar Rescue. Yen is attacking the judicial system with fists and feet of fury and the icon is back kicking ass after starring in the much-maligned previous effort.
