Something ancient has been waiting in the dark — and it’s hungry. DON’T MOVE unleashes a nightmare straight out of prehistory on a group of campers who never should have taken that hike, and this December, horror fans get to watch the carnage unfold at home.
The Story
When a group of stranded campers wanders into the wrong stretch of forest, they quickly realize they are not alone. A prehistoric arachnid, thought to be the stuff of myth, has staked its claim on these woods — and it does not appreciate visitors. Part white-knuckle horror-thriller, part darkly comic survival tale, DON’T MOVE blends genuine scares with sharp bursts of humor as its characters scramble to outwit a predator older than fear itself.
The film is based on the best-selling horror novel by James “Murr” Murray and Darren Wearmouth, bringing their chilling source material to vivid, big-screen life.

Cast & Creative Team
DON’T MOVE is directed by Maclain Nelson (Dudes & Dragons), who steers the ensemble through the film’s shifting tones of terror and comedy with confident control.
The cast brings serious star power to the woods, including Lyndsy Fonseca (Kick-Ass, “Nikita”), rapper Russell ‘Russ’ Vitale (Trap), Hunter King (“The Young and the Restless”), Joseph Lee Anderson (Tyler Perry’s Divorce in the Black), Tom Cavanagh (“The Flash”), and Rob Riggle (21 Jump Street, The Hangover).
Don’t Wait — Don’t Move
Horror fans, mark your calendars. DON’T MOVE is coming for your home theater this December, and once this prehistoric predator crawls into frame, you won’t be able to look away. Grab it on Blu-ray and DVD the moment it hits shelves — just remember, when it’s time to stay still, you’d better listen.
Trailer Tactical Reaction: A Killer Walk in the Woods
The official trailer for DON’T MOVE wastes no time turning a wrong turn into a fight for survival. A group of stranded campers heads into the woods expecting an escape, only to find themselves trapped in the hunting ground of a prehistoric arachnid. The setup is immediate, unnerving, and tailor-made for anyone who likes their creature features with a side of panic.
What makes the trailer especially promising is the film’s balance of horror and comedy. The threat is ancient, enormous, and terrifying, but the human chaos gives DON’T MOVE a sharp, mischievous edge. This looks like the kind of movie that can make audiences jump, laugh, and then think twice before wandering off the trail.
If the trailer is any indication, director Maclain Nelson is going for a fast-moving nightmare that keeps the danger close and the tension high. Watch the official trailer below— then prepare to face the woods when DON’T MOVE arrives on Blu-ray and DVD December 15 from Well Go USA Entertainment.
