Two former Universal Soldiers are set to go head-to-head in director Shane Dax Taylor’s upcoming action-thriller Fight or Flight. Powerhouse action stars Dolph Lundgren and Michael jai While have enlisted for the new actioner which will see the two icons of action locking horns in the assassin thriller that promises brutal beatdowns and not one but two action heavyweights for the price of one!
The official synopsis for Fight or Flight reads: Sam Hayden as an assassin of assassins, completing every assignment – no matter how dangerous with ruthless precision. Sam’s next assignment is to take out his legendarily ruthless predecessor, Charles Managold (Lundgren), who has fallen for his beautiful exotic mark and is now on the run with her. Sam is cold, professional and there is nothing that could sway him from his missing, not even the love of his life, Nona Messenger that is until Sam comes face to face, fist to fist with his legendary target and shocks himself by not taking out Managold. Now pursued by the world’/s number one hitman, Isaac (White), along with his own people, Sam must team up with Managold to take them on and stay alive. The film also stars Charlotte Kirk (Vice, The Juice), Lina Maya (Art of Love).
Taylor recently directed Lundgren in the action film The Best Man which also starred Luke Wilson. According to Deadline that brought the news, Archstone is repping international sales during the Cannes Film Market. Saban has already acquired the North American rights in a deal that was orchestrated by BondIt Media Capital CEO Matthew Helderman who is also an acting executive producer and financier for the film.
