A new brand new and vivid trailer has been released for director Denis Villeneuve’s Dune: Part Two, which is set to hit theatres in November. The new, extended promo features more sweeping saga tropes like war, vengeance and an epic fight for survival. Check it out below!
Dune: Part Two will explore the mythic journey of Paul Atreides as he unites with Chani and the Fremen while on a warpath of revenge against the conspirators who destroyed his family. Facing a choice between the love of his life and the fate of the known universe, he endeavors to prevent a terrible future only he can foresee.
Timothée Chalamet returns as Paul and he is joined once again by a sensational international cast including Dune: Part One cast members Zendaya, Rebecca Ferguson, Javier Bardem, Stellan Skarsgård, Dave Bautista, Charlotte Rampling, Stephen McKinley Henderson, and Josh Brolin. The new additions Austin Butler, Tim Blake Nelson, Christopher Walken, Florence Pugh, Souheila Yacoub, and Léa Seydoux.
The first film was a long affair and even though action set pieces were limited, what adrenaline there was was a perfect blend of old and new fighting styles that was breathtaking and exhilarating. I’m eager to see what they do again.
