International action phenom Marko Zaror has teased in our conversations for his Fist of the Condor that he would be teaming up with fellow action phenom Scott Adkins in the near future and we now have official confirmation on the project!

Titled DIABLO, Adkins and Zaror are set to engage in lethal combat for the third time on screen in the movie that will be helmed by The Fist of the Condor and Redeemer helmer Ernesto Díaz Espinoza. I’m psyched as Espinoza has really established himself as someone who can make quality, hyper-kinetic action on a budget so expect plenty of fists and feet of fury on this one. Kris Chaney (Adkins) who, after being released from prison, embarks on a perilous mission to fulfill an old promise but finds himself in danger when he kidnaps Elisa, the daughter of a powerful gangster. Her father, Vincent, puts out a call to the entire criminal underworld to bring her back alive. El Corvo (Zaror), a psychopathic killer, joins the hunt not for the money but for his own vendetta against Vincent’s family. Kris must evade both Elisa’s powerful father and a ruthless killer bent on revenge to live long enough to tell Elisa the full story that has been hidden from her.”

We all know that Adkins and Zaror have fought twice in Undisputed 3: Redemption and Savage Dog with the former considered one of the best western martial arts battles ever caught on tape. I’m expecting that both stars have a few tricks up their sleeves to make the hat trick even more exhilarating.
