Oh hell yeah, he’s fucking back people! Well ladies and gentlemen, we have been witness to the first footage from John Wick 4. Lionsgate has crashed the party at the 2022 SDCC and with it, they have proven that this is indeed the action movie to beat. It’s your turn now Expendables 4 because at only a little more than one minute in running length, this teaser delivers everything we could want and more.
We all know how the third movie ended and the teaser solidifies the fact that Wick and The Bowery King are going to make the streets run red with vengeance. Seriously though, this preview had me at the axe to the head and the finale where Reeves and Donnie Yen face off as they employ a combination of Gun Fu and swords together in one hell of a display of bad ass fight choreography. Holy Shit, I need to sit down after all of this.

With an all-star action cast that includes not only Yen but Scott Adkins, Marko Zaror and Hiroyuki Sanada, John Wick 4 is certainly shaping up to surpass the first three films. If that was all possible. I mean, come on people. It ends with Wick bludgeoning someone with nunchucks for Christ’s sakes.
I’m in an action euphoria state of mind right now and I was gonna watch The Gray Man but I think I’ll watch this teaser 100 times before I go to bed tonight. Sorry Gosling and Evans. You got beat by a 60 second plus teaser.
Additional new cast members include Shamier Anderson, Bill Skarsgård, Clancy Brown, and Rina Sawayama with returning favorites Laurence Fishburne as The Bowery King, Ian McShane as Winston, manager of the Continental Hotel, and Lance Reddick as Charon, the concierge of the Continental all back for another round of high-octane bloodletting. Chad Stahelski is back in the director’s chair and he’s proving once again that he’s probably in the top three of action directors around right now.

“I think Chapter 4 is a good continuation of all three previous films, and it’s got a bit of a conclusion to it, which is great. We introduce a ton of new characters that have a lot to say about John Wick from his past and from, obviously, present. I think it’s brotherhood, it’s hope. It’s what the life would really be like as a bit of an existential crisis with John, and I think that’s the fun part of the movie,” Stahelski teased a little while back.
March 25th, 2023 cannot come fast enough. Tick Tock Mr. Wick for we are all waiting.
This fan made trailer is a mixture of John Wick 1 2 and 3, as well as other Keanu Reeves movies, also half the gun shooting scenes, are from Hitman Agent 47, the elevator scene of dead soldiers, the ice cubes scene, the car chase scene with the red audi , but it is BEAUTIFULLY well made.
I just hope they don’t kill john wick in chapter 4, in the end after everything he has been through.
They should give him a happy ending
