Are you ready to place your bets on the soldier?! Well that’s what Green Apple Entertainment is hoping for this August as they have officially dropped the new trailer for their upcoming action-thriller Expo. Check out the New poster and trailer for the flick below!
Expo is being advertised as a cross between Commando and Taken and Derek Davenport takes center stage as an ex-special forces operative who is forced to take a job while trying to save the daughter of a client and trying to clear his name at the same time. Sounds like a busy day to me.
Helmed by Joseph MBah, who is also known for Krampus: Origins, the film also stars Amelia Haberman, Richard Lippert, Shepsut Wilson, Titus Covington and Michael C.Alavarez.
The tag line for Expo reads: “Los Angeles, California: This summer, bet on the soldier.” From that description, I think we are in for some good old fashioned action throwback fun.
Official Synopsis: “With only three days to prove his innocence, a struggling ex-soldier (Derek Davenport) is forced to take one last job and save his client’s kidnapped daughter (Amelia Haberman) or face time for a crime he did not commit.”
