Synopsis: Based on true events, this terrifying survival thriller follows a rookie park ranger thrust into the fight of her life when Glacier National Park becomes the scene of deadly grizzly attacks. As panic spreads and communication breaks down, she must lead a group of frightened strangers through the darkness, confronting both the untamed wilderness and her own fears. What begins as a quiet summer evening turns into a night of chaos that changes the nation’s understanding of wildlife forever.
Grizzly Night is helmed by Burke Doeren with a cast including Bo Bean, Katrina Mathewson, Tanner Bean Charles Esten, Oded Fehr, Lauren Call, Joel Johnstone, Josh Zuckerman, Matt Lintz, Ali Skovbye, Sophia Gray with Brec Bassinger and Jack Griffo. The script was penned by Katrina Mathewson and Tanner Bean with Lauren Call, Burke Doeren, Kellie Doeren serving as producers.
Grizzly Night looks to channel the ominous vibes of the 70’s and 80’s survival thrillers like 1976’s Grizzly while delivering the purest form of terror. Unlike many horror/thrillers, Grizzly Night is true to life and can happen even to this day which envelopes the film in a real vibe of dread and ominous tension. Wildlife can be pure beauty, but it can also succumb to unimaginable terror, and this film checks all the boxes for genre fans looking for a grab you from the TV night of nail-biting viewing. there’s certainly no shortage of animalistic carnage to be had here and Saban Films is throwing it back like it’s 1978 all over again!
