I’m still trying to figure out why Sean William Scott isn’t a mainstay in bigger films as the highly talented actor can deliver it all in terms of comedy, drama and action. Scott was probably the best thing about the American Pie series and his team up with The Rock in The Rundown is the stuff of legends. In recent years, Scott has partaken to smaller indie roles and a co-starring credit on Tim Allen’s latest hit comedy series Shifting Gears but now he’s back in his element and back in the zone for his latest off the wall action-comedy.
Scott now headlines in Bad Man and he might not be all that he seems as a hotshot special agent who might just be too good to be true and with a great cast including Rob Riggle, this one looks all kinds of politically incorrect fun. Check out the trailer and intel below!
The small town of Colt Lake, Tennessee has a big meth problem. When murder strikes, Deputy Sam Evans is assigned the case. A former local sports star, Evans has fallen from grace in the eyes of the community he still holds dearly. No one takes him seriously or thinks he can get the job done.
Then hot shot Bobby Gaines arrives. An undercover agent with the state’s Special Narcotics Task Force. He is immediately welcomed like a hero. Evans is forced to work the case with the new top dog in town. But as they dig deeper, all may not be what it seems with this strange new savior.

Bad Man stars Sean William Scott (American Pie), Rob Riggle (21 Jump Street), Johnny Simmons (The Perks of Being a Wallflower), Lovi Poe (Chelsea Cowboy), Andre Hyland (Barry), and marks the final film of the late Chance Perdomo (Chilling Adventures of Sabrina).

Bad Man is the debut feature from director Michael Diliberti, which he also co-wrote with JJ Nelson.
Bad Man is set for UK Digital Release from 15th September from Vertigo Releasing.

I’ll see it.
