Code 8 Part II, the follow up to the successful sci-fi action movie, is set to hit the Netflix streaming platform sometime in 2024. The original film starred Robbie Amell and Stephen Amell and both are set to return for the sequel.

Official Synopsis: In this sequel to Code 8, Connor (Robbie Amell) is out of prison and working as a janitor at a community center, having cut ties with his former criminal associate Garrett (Stephen Amell).
Connor’s attempt at staying out of trouble is destroyed when he’s forced to help 14-year-old Pav (Sirena Gulamgaus) escape from a pack of corrupt officers led by Sergeant King (Alex Mallari Jr.). King uses the newly launched robotic K9’s to track Pav down, while Connor finds himself once again reaching out to Garrett and his crew for help, but can he trust the man who landed him in prison in the first place?
The first flick was a very ambitious undertaking that saw the production reap the rewards of a successful crowd funding campaign. The new pic looks to up the action and visuals so genre fans are in for a treat. Plus you get two Amells once again for the price of one so that’s worth it right there.
Additional cast members include Sirena Gulamgaus, Alex Mallari Jr., Jean Yoon, and Aaron Abrams. The sequel was written and directed by Jeff Chan. He co-wrote it along with Jesse LaVercombe, Sherren Lee, and Chris Pare.
