Needless to say, I’ve been extremely disenchanted with the current phase of the MCU. After Endgame, the only real threats in my book were, of course, Spider-Man: No Way Home and Shang-Chi which was a solid martial arts infused fantasy actioner. After that, I haven’t watched any others yet.
Marvel Studios has unleashed a new trainer for The Marvels and once again, I’m underwhelmed as I wasn’t a big fan of Captain Marvel in the first place. I have Disney+ so I’ll eventually get around to these but for now check out the new footage and decide for yourself.

Brie Larson returns as Carol Danvers in Marvel Studios’ The Marvels and she’s joined by Iman Vellani as Ms. Marvel and Teyonah Parris (WandaVision) as Monica Rambeau. The film was directed by Nia DaCosta (Little Woods) and is seeing a release date targeted for November 10th.
