Filming is well underway for the Merc with a Mouth’s eagerly anticipated debut in the MCU with Deadpool 3 and after we’ve seen star Ryan Reynolds in his Deadpool attire, co-star Hugh Jackman has teased fans with a little glimpse of his new duds and its comic book faithful to a point as its yellow. No head cowl yet but we’ll soon see if that becomes a reality.
Jackman posted an image of himself and Reynolds walking in the heat with the caption “Don’t Blink” with it. Check it out below!
Last week, it was also surprisingly reveaked that Jennifer Garner would be reprising her role as Elektra from the much maligned 2003 Daredevil film that starred Ben Affleck in his first foray into comic books films before he became Zack Snyder’s Batman. Deadpool 3 is without a doubt tackling the multiverse with these former 20th Century Fox characters being introduced into the MCU. There are also rumors that with Garner returning, Affleck is right behind set to reprise his version of Daredevil. It would be cool to see him mingle with Charlie Cox’s version as the possibilities are endless with the Multiverse craziness.
With all these cast additions and rumors, Deadpool 3 is shaping up to be next year’s Spider-Man: No Way Home in terms of fan fare and rumor overload. Lock ‘N’ Load for future Intel on these exciting times as comic book movies definitely need a shot of adrenaline after the recent box office bombs.
