Aaron Eckhart is Featured in a First Look Image from Director Jesse V. Johnson’s Spy Actioner CHIEF OF STATION! (Update: New Teaser Art Hits!)

(Original Post) We’ve got more news coming out of the European Film Market, or EFM as it is affectionately known. This one has to do with another Jesse V. Johnson helmed action-thriller titled Chief Of Station which stars Ambush’s Aaron Eckhart.

A new first look image has dropped for the film which sees Eckhart as “a former CIA station chief who, upon learning his wife’s death was not an accident, dives back into the European spy scene and teams up with an adversary to unravel a conspiracy.” Check out Eckhart looking severely pissed off below!


The film also stars Olga Kurylenko who is really making a name for herself starring in Johnson’s previous action hit White Elephant along with Michael Rooker and Bruce Willis. Kurykenko eill also be seen in Johnson’s upcoming period actioner Boudica which sees her getting her swordplay on as she headlines the movie as a warrior queen.

Alex Pettyfer also stars in the movie which saw itself being shopped at the EFM via Concourse Media head Matthew Shreder. The movie has already sold distribution rights to Latin America (California Filmes), Portugal (Pris), Greece (Tanweer), and Israel (Shoval). Ricochet recently took the airlines rights to Chief of Starion and past negotiations leading to deals included Wild Bunch for Germany, France, Italy and Switzerland, Signature Entertainment for the UK & Ireland, and Rialto for Australia & New Zealand. North America will assuredly be in there as well.
