Disney might have gotten a lot wrong with the Star Wars universe but The Mandalorian certainly isn’t in that argument as the Disney+ series has brought fans back to the feeling of the original trilogy.

A new trailer for season 3 dropped last night during the NFL Wild Card game and it brings back Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) and Groku who was seen last season leaving with Luke Skywalker to be trained as a Jedi. The two are reunited and the latest season promises even more spectacle and action from a galaxy far far away.

Official Synopsis:

The journeys of the Mandalorian through the Star Wars galaxy continue. Once a lone bounty hunter, Din Djarin has reunited with Grogu. Meanwhile, the New Republic struggles to lead the galaxy away from its dark history. The Mandalorian will cross paths with old allies and make new enemies as he and Grogu continue their journey together.

The series stars Pedro Pascal, Katee Sackhoff, Carl Weathers, Amy Sedaris, Emily Swallow and Giancarlo Esposito.

The directors of the eight-episode Season 3 include Rick Famuyiwa, Rachel Morrison, Lee Isaac Chung, Carl Weathers, Peter Ramsey and Bryce Dallas Howard.

March 1st cannot get here fast enough as that is when the third season will debut on the streaming service!
