The History Channel hit a grand slam with its hit series Vikings. Starring Travis Fimmell, Vikings was a solid, bloody good time that entertained the masses with its high drama and epic battle sequences.

Now Netflix is bringing in the bloodshed with a sequel series aptly titled Vikings: Valhalla which takes place a century after the initial series and features a whole new generation of characters. Check out the new trailer and key art below!

Set 100 years after Ragnar Lothbrok (Fimmel) set out on his destiny, this sequel will focus on the decline of the Viking culture and will definitely not be short on bloody and brutal action set pieces.
