A new Featurette has dropped for the highly anticipated Snake Eyes: GI JOE ORIGINS which highlights the intensive training that the cast went through under the guidance of fight coordinator and second unit director Kenji Tanigaki (the Rurouni Kenshin franchise) who is responsible for all the chaos we will see on screen. There is also great behind the scenes footage with cast interviews featuring Stars Henry Golding and Andrew Koji. Check it out below!
The film will also be well represented at this year’s Comic Con@Home with cast and creator Larry Hama joining live for a Q&A on July 21st which will showcase additional new material from the movie:
Say what you will about the changing of the story from its initial origins in the comic books, but the action set pieces and fight sequences look off the chains insane and Golding, Koji and company look authentic in the choreography and fans should be satisfied with what’s on screen. Creator Larry Hama has given his stamp of approval on the movie snd has said that the changes were necessary for the film to work in present day.
