Former special-forces soldier John Gold is given the opportunity to bring Sean Teague, the man who betrayed his team on their final mission in Eastern Europe several years ago to justice. Stu Bennett (former WWE Superstar Wade Barrett) and Vinnie Jones star in this sequel to the 2018 film I Am Vengeance. Saban Films and Lionsgate’s I Am Vengeance: Retaliation will be released on Digital and On Demand on Friday, June 19th.
Bennet is back and this time he’s bringing the action elite along with him in the form of Vinnie Jones and martial arts phenom Jean-Paul Ly in a sequel that is sure to bypass the original in carnage and mayhem. Along with Bennett, Jones and Ly, the film also features a great adrenalized cast that includes Mark Griffin who returns as Frost and new additions Jessica-Jane Stanford, Joe Egan, Josh Myers, Lee Charles, Katrina Durden, David Schaal, Greg Burridge, Bentley Kalu, Sam Benjamin, Jacob Anderton, and Law Plancel.
Action maestro Tim Man is handling all the fight action do if it’s anything like Triple Threat and Ninja 2 that he did we are in for a real bone jarring treat. Man is one of the top action coordinators in the world and he always brings the excitement.
I love the new poster trailer and the throwback 80’s and 90’s feel to it and this sequel promises to enhance the bone crunching action of the original with a host of top tier action talent involved in front of and behind the camera.
