Update: As week 3 is commencing on the set of 400 Bullets with Jean-Paul Ly, we have yet another awesome new image shared by the star himself. The new pic shows Ly locked in combat with Steven Blades as he is just about to disarm and assault. Check it out below!!!’

(Original Post) Principle photography has now commenced on action star Jean-Paul Ly’s newest action offering titled 400 Bullets and we anxiously await any and all updates from the set including first look footage hopefully sometime in the future but in the meantime, we have the next best thing in a brand new on set image of Ly who is bloodied and battered along with co-star Andrew Lee Potts who also looks like he’s been through on Hell of a night. The pic comes from Day 12 of filming which Ly shared on social media and you can see the image in full below!

The film is being helomed by director Tom Paton who also brought us the equally awesome action/sc-fi/horror hybrid Black Site as well as the action/horror pic Stairs which will be released soon. Ly first made the announcement a few weeks back before filming started that 400 Bullets would be his next film and now we have our first look at it and the image tells us that we are in for a heavy dose of extreme fisticuffs and immense firepower that only Ly can deliver. Plot details and such are being kept under wraps for the time being but look for more on that in the future!

Jean-Paul is, of course, best known for the Cambodien action-comedy Jailbreak as well as the British action spectacular Nightshooters which won numerous award on the festival circuit. Ly will next bee seen in director Rodd Boyask’s action fueled sequel I Am Vengeance: Retaliation which stars former wrestling superstar turned action hero Stu Bennett and genre heavy Vinnie Jones. That film will see a release sometime in 2020.
If you haven’t had the opportunity, check out my exclusive chat with Jean-paul that I did last year for the release of Nightshooters where we talked about all things action! Click here for the full interview!
While we wait for more 411, check out Ly in action from his proof of concept action short The Division which he also produced, wrote and directed down below! Keep it locked and loaded right here for more to drop as we are your source for everything action and Jean-Paul Ly!!!
