Savage Dog will always be the first of many collaborations between action superstar Scott Adkins and action maestro Jesse V. Johnson and with it, the dynamic duo delivered the bone crunching goods with enough fisticuffs and firepower to please even the most jaded of action fan. Adkins was at his beastly best as Martin Tillman, a man who becomes a one man war machine out for retribution and punishment.

Now I ask you, what’s better than the film itself? Well it’s an unrated extended director’s cut on Blu-Ray that’s what! The release is set to hit this January from Xcess Entertainment. Check out the press release and deluxe Blu-Ray covers below!

Bone breaking action with superstar Scott Adkins: Savage Dog, now for the first time in the unrated director’s cut (nothing for delicate souls! ):

Content: Martin Tillman (Scott Adkins) has made a name in the tournament fight as inmate of the torture prison den-Dhin-Chan. The corrupt prison bosses have put high sums on him. As his dismissal is approaching, they try with extreme brutality everything to prevent his release. Tillman is forced to confront the dangerous men.

Merciless fights, bloody-brutal martial arts action, Adkins at its finest!

In Mediabook with a 16-page booklet by Nando Rohner and an interview with director Jesse V Johnson.

This exclusive limited edition 2 disc Blu-Ray is a must have for any serious action fan and even though it’s a German import, this is the reason why you should get a region-free Blu-ray player. Plain and simple folks. The action in the film is virtually non-stop and Adkins, Zaror and Cung Le bring it big time in the film’s wonderfully brutal and sadistic action set pieces. The releaase is tentatively for mid January 2020 so keep it locked and loaded right here for more details to come!
