What’s better then a movie about elite SWAT or a movie with aliens? Well, it’s a movie with elite SWAT going up against aliens that’s what! This is exactly what we have for you today with a new trailer that just dropped a while back for the new sci-fi action-thriller titled ATTACK OF THE UNKNOWN which stars 80’s action man Richard Grieco as the leader of an elite police unit that gets more than they barganed for when they transport a ruthless criminla to jail. Check out the newest footage below and get ready for some SWAT on Alien action!

Official Synopsis: A SWAT team transporting a vicious crime syndicate boss find themselves trapped inside a county detention center during a catastrophic alien invasion.

Director Brandon Slagle who brought us some other kick ass films like Escape From Ensenada and Crossbreed helms all the chaos here from a script he also wrote from a story by Michael and Sonny Mahal.

Also starring are Robert Donovan, Tara Reid, Jolene Anderson, Douglas Tait, Paul Gunn, Tania Fox and the always intimidating Robert LaSardo who pretty much has played the heavy in every action film over the last 3 decades.

The newest promo spot really delivers on the action and intensity and just like Slagle’s other sci-fi offering Crossbreed, this one looks like it’s going to be off the hook and an instant classic. Bullets will surely fly with this one and I’m getting a great Beyond Skyline vibe with this one so count me in.

Release info is pending but keep it locked and loaded right here for more details to come and in the meantime, check out the goods in the newest trailer below!
