Trailers usually don’t drop on the weekends but fans of all things DC particularly Wonder Woman will have cause to celebrate on Sunday when the full trailer for the sequel Wonder Woman 1984 will premiere and to wet everybody’s collective pallets, a trailer tease has been unleashed which gives us a sneak peek of what’s to come.

The trailer tease debuted on the official Wonder Woman 1984 Twitter account and it does give us a lot of Gal Gadot doing incredible things as the iconic DC superhero. Check out the tease directly below!

Wonder Woman 1984, of course, takes place in the 80’s with Diane Prince facing a new threat in the form of Cheetah which is played by Kristen Wiig. The Mandalorian’s Pedro Pascal also co-stars along with Chris Pine who returns as Diane’s love interest Steve Trevor who was thought to be dead at the end of the original.

Patty Jenkins returns in the director’s chair and this film is said to not be a sequel but it’s own standalone film. The full trailer is set to drop at the CCXP convention in Brazil where there will be a panel for the film. It is estimated to premiere at 12:30 pt.
