I must apologize as to the fact that I keep forgetting that we are getting a sequel to Godzilla Minus One in less than five months. Godzilla Minis Zero is poised and ready to stomp its way into theaters worldwide and with that, Japan is seriously in need of a massive hug. The initial teaser for Minus Zero was short, sweet and savory as we were treated to fast and furious (yes, I went there) images of the King emerging out of the depths and literally walking past the Statue of Liberty. That shot right there was probably played more than fifty times on my big screen alone. The only issue I had with the teaser was the fact that it was just that, a teaser and it was too fast and too furious. Now. we have our next look at Minus Zero and I have one thing to say…
…It’s another teaser! Yes, folks we have another thirty second teaser that does showcase the sensational Japanese cast but once again we see the King even less this time. I get it. the human element was strong with this one and while it’s nice to highlight the fact that this series of films makes you actually care about the unfortunate human race, would it kill you to give is a little more of the boss? Anyway, scroll below for the latest teaser and check out the King in the last few seconds busting out of the water and looking simply iconic and bad ass!
GODZILLA MINUS ZERO picks up in 1949, two years after the tumultuous events of Godzilla Minus One, and continues the story of the Shikishima family as they face an all-new calamity.
As a project Filmed For IMAX, GODZILLA MINUS ZERO was shot with high-definition digital cameras certified by IMAX, and optimized in sound and imagery unique to IMAX screens. Fans can look forward to seeing Godzilla presented to all new terrifying heights, making GODZILLA MINUS ZERO a true cinematic event not to be missed.

Academy Award winner and prolific Japanese director Takashi Yamazaki returns to direct once again and if the first film won an Oscar for best visual effects, the subsequent sequel looks to do an encore.
TRAILER TACTICAL REACTION: This is more like Teaser Tactical Reaction as like I stated earlier, this is no more than a thirty second tease with the almighty Godzilla finally showing up at the very end. Even though I was disappointed in that aspect, this teaser still gave me chills and even though the footage of Godzilla was the same that was used in the last teaser, it’s still a monstrous shot of the iconic Kaiju emerging from the depths to unleash all kinds of nuclear hell. Hopefully we get a longer and established trailer sooner than later, but this teaser still radiates the desired effect for fans who cannot wait to see what Yamazaki has for his sophomore effort with this franchise. I also like that we are not getting too much in terms of visuals and story but I’m ready for a proper two-minute plus fiesta of massive Kaiju carnage. LFG!!!!
