One thing i love about Alan Ritchson’s portrayal of Jack Reacher in Amazon Prime’s hit series Reacher, besides him kicking dubious amounts of ass, is the fact that he oozes cool as he does it and executes the quiet moments just as effective as the bombastic ones. The first two seasons have delivered both gravitas, dark humor, pulsating action sequences and a new kind of action hero and he’s back doing what he does best in the extended trailer for season 3. Check out Ritchson and his ultra-cool action design below!
Reacher hurtles into the dark heart of a vast criminal enterprise when trying to rescue an undercover DEA informant whose time is running out. There he finds a world of secrecy and violence — and confronts some unfinished business from his own past.

Ritchson is back along with returning cast member Maria Sten, who is reprising her role as Frances Neagley. Sten is also set to star in her own spin-off that is currently in development as well. A fourth season has already been green lit ensuring fans that Ritchson’s Reacher is here to stay but season 3 is set to premiere February 20th, with the first three episodes. The new and extended trailer was unleashed today for your viewing enjoyment showcasing more ass whipping from Ritchson’s nomadic anti-hero who always seems to be in the wrong place at the right time.
The new cast additions include Anthony Michael Hall, who is playing Zachary Beck, the likely antagonist this time around with additional cast members including Sonya Cassidy as DEA agent Susan Duffy. Brian Tee will play Quinn, while Johnny Berchtold stars as Beck’s son Richard. Roberto Montesinos, and Daniel David Stewart have roles as DEA agents Guillermo Villanueva and Steven Elliot respectively while Oliver Ritchers will play bodybuilder Paulie, who is bigger than Ritchson if you can believe it, and Paul Masserella will play Beck’s bodyguard.
Season 2 was just as immersive as the inaugural first set of episodes so I’m waiting impatiently for my next Reacher fix of hard hitting and unforgiving action and intrigue.
