In the entertainment industry, Kirk “Sticky Fingaz” Jones is a force to be reckoned with. The multi-talented actor who has appeared in countless movies and TV series is also a blockbuster hardcore rapper who fronts his award-winning rap group Onyx. Sticky is also well known for taking up the mantle of playing Blade from Wesley Snipes in the Spike limited series back in 2006 and he made the iconic Marvel Comics role his own with street swagger and fight action that equaled the films.
Sticky now co-stars along with action icon Jean-Claude Van Damme in director James Cullen Bressack’s noir crime-thriller Darkness of Man. Sticky plays Yates, the partner to Van Damme’s character Russel Hatch who tries to get the burnt-out cop back into the game when a gang war erupts.
Sticky stopped by The Action Fix Podcast to talk about his role in the new film as well as working with Van Damme, his music career and playing Blade.
It’s Sticky Fingaz on this episode of The Action Fix Podcast!
