The New Year is going to start off with one continuous bang as international action sensation Scott Adkins is ready to take One More Shot! The action-thriller shot to look like one take is set to hit the UK in January and we now have our first poster that features Adkins and the cast including fellow action star Michael Jai White and Hollywood icon Tom Berenger!
The follow up to One Shot sees Adkins starring once again as Navy SEAL Jake Harris and “following the attack on the black site in Poland, Harris is ordered to escort terrorist suspect Amin Mansur (Waleed Elgadi) to Washington D.C for interrogation.”
Alexis Knapp (Pitch Perfect), Jill Winternitz (Havoc), Hannah Arterton (Safe), Meena Rayann (Game of Thones) and Catherine Hannay (Shark Bait) round out the cast. James Nunn, who directed the first movie, returns to helm once again.
One nice piece of info from the poster is that White is jocked up as well meaning that he will definitely see action like Adkins. That’s two ass kickers for the price of one so strap in. This bodes well for fans with action phenom Tim Man returning to choreograph the movie’s high octane action set pieces. Man was involved in the first movie and has worked with Adkins multiple times on such films as Triple Threat, Ninja II and Abduction.
Look out for the trailer that will certainly drop soon as the movie is set to premiere on Sky Cinema on January 12th in the UK with further release dates to be announced!
