With his hit indie action franchise Anatomy of an Anti-Hero aka Borrowed Time having all entries officially out for genre fan consumption, indie action filmmaker, Star and martial artist Alan Delabie is back with a new helping of ass kicking and co-star firepower. Titled The Shepherd Code, Delabie, once again, surrounds himself with some serious action genre talent.
From Silvio Simac to Don “The Dragon”Wilson, Delabie is certainly in some serious good company. It’s assassin vs. assassin in the new action film that’s loaded with extra doses of shootouts and breakneck martial arts action. Check out the newly released key art and adrenaline injected trailer below!
Alex Lapierre, a professional assassin nicknamed “the Shepherd,” decides to put away his gun and start a new life. However, Lewis, his boss, head of the organization that employs him, entrusts him with a final mission: to ensure the protection of the daughter of an old companion, an African minister under the imminent threat of kidnapping.

When Alex leaves Los Angeles for Europe for this latest mission, he has no idea that his steps are being followed by Edson, an assassin with a much more sinister goal. Tormented by the death of his girlfriend following their previous mission, Alex embarks on a desperate quest to avenge his beloved. Eye for eye, tooth for tooth.
Who will survive this merciless manhunt, where every choice could mean the difference between life and death?
Let’s not forget that Delabie reunites with OG Kickboxer Director David Worth who serves as a producer along with Delabie. Worth has been still very active in the genre and putting his stamp on this one line Borrowed Time promises a throwback, ultra-adrenaline thrill ride of chaos and do or die machismo.

While The Shepherd will hit in the first quarter of 2024 (Lock N Load here for future release Intel), Borrowed Time 3 has officially hit China on DVD. Cover art below!
