Update: Quiver Distribution has officially unveiled the new key art to go along with the trailer for their upcoming survival thriller Fear the Night. Star Maggie Q is front and center and she’s armed and ready to take on all comers. Check it out below!

Original Post: I was just saying to myself the other day that it’s been a while since veteran actress of so many action projects Maggie Q was last seen in a kick ass role. After all, Q has been featured in many adrenaline lace projects such as Live Free or Die Hard, The Protégé, King of Fighters, Dragon Heat and the awesome television series Nikita which she is best known in action cinema circles.
Well fear not, Q is back and she’s defending herself and a host of women as they fight back against a group of assailants who turn a bachelorette party into a night of survival. Titled Fear The Night, Q plays a former military operative who dusts off her particular skill set to save herself and her party. These guys are definitely going to rethink their strategy once Q sets her battle plan into motion.
Check out the new and exclusive images, and sweat inducing trailer below!
Synopsis:
Eight women attend a bachelorette party at a remote farmhouse in the California hills. They are interrupted by the arrival of masked intruders who surround the place and begin shooting arrows at the home and the guests. One partygoer—Tess, a military veteran who is fighting her addictions and her difficulty at fitting in with other people—leads the women in making a stand against the attackers as they fight back in an effort to save themselves over the course of a single dark night.

Helmed by Neil LaBute, who also penned the script, the film also stars Kat Foster, Travis Hammer, and Gia Crovatin.
Q looks in fighting shape as always and the above promo features her at her action drenched best as she takes charge and shows the bad guys that she’s no damsel. Definitely putting this one on my radar and yours as well and here’s hoping W gets more high-octane roles in the future!
Fear the Night hits Theaters, Digital and On Demand on July 21, 2023 courtesy of Quiver Distribution!

A girls trip I could get into.
