UPDATE: Quiver Distribution has unveiled a new poster for The Wrath of Becky which highlights LuLu Wilson and her pooch. Hell Hath No Fury and Becky is pissed beyond belief if that’s possible from lithe last movie but hey, just like John Wick, they fucked with the wrong dog!

Quiver Distribution has unveiled a brand new and bloody red band trailer for the vengeance filled sequel The Wrath of Becky. The anticipated sequel sees star LuLu Wilson return and now she’s back on the attack when new loved ones in her life are threatened by a group of killers led by Sean William Scott. Check it out as Wilson goes all John Wick when they mess with her dog. Uh-oh is right. Watch the brutality of the teenager with severe angst in the trailer below!

Synopsis:

Two years after she escaped a violent attack on her family, Becky attempts to rebuild her life in the care of an older woman – a kindred spirit named Elena. But when a group known as the “Noble Men” break into their home, attack them, and take her beloved dog, Diego, Becky must return to her old ways to protect herself and her loved ones.

The original film came out of nowhere and was a bloody delight with a star making performance from Wilson. It was politically incorrect and awesomely violent with a unlikely protagonist that won me over. I’m also a fan of the casting as now we have Sean William Scott, who’s best known for his comedic roles, as the heavy just like King of Queens alum Kevin James was in the first one. If there’s a third one I’d love to see Ryan Reynolds go full on crazy. Check out more exclusive review of the original here!
