Netflix has really been bringing their A game when it comes to foreign action films and series and specifically South Korea which has seen a resurgence of lethal action projects of no equal. The two have joined forces once again for a new dystopian action series called Black Knight that features deliverymen with very special skill sets. On a world with no air, they are out last hope so let the chaos crescendo begin!
Official Synopsis:
In a dystopian future devastated by air pollution, the survival of humanity depends on a group of deliverymen known as the Black Knights who navigate the wastelands using unconventional means.

Black Knight stars as Kim Woo-Bin as Knight 5-8, Esom as Seol-A, Kang You-Seok as Sa-Wol, Song Seung-Heon as Ryu-Seok, Jin Kyung, Kim Eui-Sung and Park Jun-Hyuk as winner 1.
The initial teaser leaves a lot to the imagination as we are bombarded with slick visuals and cinematography. There’s no real action set pieces spoiled here which serves as a good thing because I’m a fan of trailers that don’t give too much away. Sadly that is the case nowadays as most promos give us the whole movie in 2 minutes. I’m intrigued by this one and am definitely going to check it out.
The series hits Netflix on May 12th!
