UNCHARTED: Tom Holland & Mark Wahlberg Risk it All for a Fortune in the Final Trailer for the Live Action Video Game Adaptation

Sony Pictures has delivered a final, action powered new trailer for the long awaited live action video game adaptation for Uncharted. Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg headline the adventure movie that is surely going to deliver the sweat inducing set pieces of anything else. Take a look at newer footage for the February release that will be exclusive to theaters.

Based on one of the best-selling, most critically acclaimed video game series of all time, Uncharted introduces audiences to the young street-smart Nathan Drake (Tom Holland) and showcases his first treasure hunting adventure with wisecracking partner Victor “Sully” Sullivan (Mark Wahlberg). In an action-adventure epic that spans the globe, the two go in dangerous pursuit of “the greatest treasure never found” while also tracking clues that may lead to Nathan’s long-lost brother.

The latest tease gives fans a bigger look at Antonio Banderas’ Moncada as well as Tati Gabrielle’s Braddock. Ruben Fleischer, who is the seventh director attached to the project, helms the movie which at one time was rumored to star Chris Pratt and Nathan Fillion in the lead role as well.

The previous trailers that hit a while back were packed with epic sized action and a healthy dose of the chemistry between the two leads. View the new footage above featuring more Holland and Wahlberg action and also promises grand action on an epic scope with some fan service for the video game aficionados.

Various setbacks including the pandemic have derailed the film but its now on track for a February 18, 2022 launch date in Theaters.
