INDEMNITY: Magnet Releasing Readies the New Rapid-Fire Action-Thriller for a February Release!

By: John M Jerva

Magnet Releasing is back in action next month, as the company is readying the release of a new action-thriller titled Indemnity. The thriller which stars Jarrid Geduld as an ex-firefighter who must go on the run when his wife is brutally murdered, and he has no recollection of the past events. There’s action aplenty in the new tease and this one looks like it will definitely satisfy the masses with its set pieces. New key art and footage are now available online for your viewing pleasure so check it out below and see if it’s up your alley.

A traumatized ex-firefighter in Cape Town wakes up next to his wife’s murdered corpse, with no recollection of what transpired. Labelled as the prime suspect, he goes on the run and is soon hunted by a notorious police chief, and an unknown third party. He must now fight for his life and find out who killed his wife, before a conspiracy changes the course of a nation forever.

The trailer above is loaded with some pretty impressive thrills and Geduld looks more than game in the action and stunt department. I wasn’t familiar with this one thus far but it’s definitely on my radar now so I’ll be checking it out next month. Apparently, Geduld spent three months doing an extensive workout with stunt maestros Vernon Willemse and Grant Powell who are known for working on Mad Max: Fury Road, and Tomb Raider. It looks like his hard work paid off because the new footage looks pretty high-octane.

Travis Taute helms the pic which also stars Nicole Fortuin, Andre Jacobs, Gail Mabalane, and Tshamano Sebe. Indemnity will hit with a day and date premiere on February 11th courtesy of Magnet releasing.
