EXPENDABLES 4: Updates: First Look at Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson

By: John M Jerva

It’s been a busy couple of weeks of BTS goodies for Expendables 4 with first looks at the cast getting down and dirty. We’ve seen images of Statham, Jaa, Uwais, Fox, and Stallone and now we have our first look at Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson. The musician and actor has posted some first look images of himself going tactical on his official Facebook page. Take a peek at 50 Cent looking all business and brandishing an AK-47 assault rifle in the new pics below!

In the posts, Jackson hashtagged #bransoncognac which is most likely his character’s name in the movie, Branson Cognac and stated:

If I was you I would roll with me, because i’m not slowing down. If you in the way you getting rolled over. Military mind set Expendables 4, This one you have to see. #bransoncognac #lecheminduroi

It looks like Jackson is definitely going to see some major action in the movie but we still don’t know who’s side he’s playing for. My money is on him taking over in some capacity like Wesley Snipes did in the third movie as a comrade to Ross, Christmas and company but we will wait and see.

Jackson’s co-star in the movie Tony Jaa also shared a pic of himself with Jackson on the set of the new film.

“Hi from Expendables 4, I am having a blast working with some incredible people,” stated Jaa in the post.

We are in a holding pattern when it comes to the plot but we do know that Uwais is the main villain and he has a lethal army at his disposal. It’s also well known that Statham is taking command this time after Stallone has essentially passed the torch to him. Sly has already finish filming his scenes.

Stallone is back with Jason Statham, Randy Couture and Dolph Lundgren as the original cast. Other new additions include Megan Fox, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackso, Andy Garcia. International action stars Tony Jaa and Iko Uwais also have roles with the latter playing the main villain.

Stunt pro Scott Waugh (Act Of Valor, Need for Speed) takes over in the director’s chair and he helms from a script penned by Spenser Cohen with current revisions turned in by Max Adams and John Joseph Connolly.

Keep it locked and loaded right here for more updates to come as the next Expendables film is officially filming!
