International action star Jackie Chan ruled the 90’s with a string of box office and fan loved successes such as Rumble in the Bronx as well as the Police Story entries Supercop and First Strike. A great deal of credit goes to prolific Hong Kong action director Stanley Tong who helmed the pics.
Chan and Tong re-teamed recently for the lesser received Kung Fu Yoga and Vanguard but now it looks like they are teaming up again to hopefully find some of that 90’s magic they had.
Reports are saying that the creative action duo is set to reunite on the new project The Panda Agent which is also known as Mr. Panda. Judging from the synopsis and teaser art below, this one will be another family friendly Jackie Chan film. Take a look below.

According to Jackie Chan insider Thorsten Boose on social media, The Panda Agent will tell the story of “a girl living alone who meets a mysterious and rare panda and is believed to be in great danger.”
According to Boose, Yang Yang and Ai Lun, who also worked with Chan and Tong on Vanguard will also star in the film. Rumors are flying that Wu Jing (Wolf Warrior series) will also have a part in it but that is unconfirmed at this time.
This project is in the early stages so hopefully more 411 will drop soon. Until then keep it locked and loaded right here as we are your destination for everything action!!!
In the meantime, check out Jackie in action along with Michelle Yeoh from the classic Supercop which was directed by Tong below!
