New THE BATMAN Trailer Teaser Promises it’s Not Just a Signal, it’s a Warning! (Up: New Posters Strike!)

Update: Tomorrow, the massive DC Fandome fest hits and with it a new trailer for Director Matt Reeves’ The Batman. In celebration, new posters have dropped featuring The Dark Knight and The Riddler!

(Original Post) Warner Bros and DC have issued a new teaser for the highly anticipated The Batman. Everyone knows that a new trailer is due to swing in this Saturday at the massive DC Fandome event so this quick tease will surely light the fire for fans.

As you can see and hear from the teaser, Robert Pattinson’s voice is heard saying “It’s not just a signal; it’s a warning.” The Batsignal is shown lighting up in the process with the announcement of the new trailer to hit this Saturday.

Director Matt Reeves also teased fans with his own Tweet which shows off Pattinson’s Dark Knight looking over the Gotham City skyline. Reeves reiterated that he can’t wait to show us more this Saturday. This image in his Tweet alone is enough to get excited for the film.

Pattinson is joined in the film by Zoe Kravitz who is playing Selina Kyle, aka Catwoman), Colin Farrell as Oswald Cobblepot, aka the Penguin, Paul Dano as Edward Nashton, aka the Riddler,Jeffrey Wright as Commissioner James Gordon and Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth who is Bruce Wayne’s most trusted butler and ally.

The Batman is said to focus on the Caped Crusader’s early days as a detective and crime fighter and will feature a Rogues Gallery of villains.

The Batman is still scheduled for release on March 4, 2022, which saw it delayed twice from the original June and October 2021 dates due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
