NOBODY: Watch Bob Odenkirk become an All Out Action Star in the New BTS Video for the Upcoming JOHN WICK Style Actioner!

By: John M Jerva

Of all the movies hopefully and finally coming out this year, the John Wick-esque Actioner Nobody is definitely at the top of my list. The film stars an unlikely actor in Bob Odenkirk who is best known for his role on Better Call Saul. Odenkirk is not a name that comes to mind then you think of bullet riddled, stunt fueled action extravaganzas but after the initial trailer dropped, my fears along with a lot of others was quickly dashed as the movie looked phenomenal and most importantly, Odenkirk looked sensational in the action drenched footage.

Now Universal has unleashed a new BTS video which shows the transformation of Odenkirk from an everyday man into a literal killing machine. I’m really excited about this one and you should be too. Check out the video below!

Directed by Ilya Naishuller, Nobody finds Odenkirk playing Hutch Mansell, “an unassuming family man who cowers and folds during a home invasion. His post-traumatic shame disorder reignites a long-cooled fire within, and he summons a secret lethal skill set for a revenge mission, only to see it backfire spectacularly and put his family in greater jeopardy.”

One cool aspect of the training is that 90’s action star Daniel Bernhardt helped in training Odenkirk. Bernhardt is no stranger to action snd has been still going strong in films like the original John Wick, Atomic Blonde band most recently Skylines. The movie looks like a full on adrenaline blast and Keanu Reeves might have to look over his shoulder when Hutch Mansell comes to town!

Watch out for Kickboxer and Jiu Jitsu star Alain Moussi in a cameo spot as a thug that unfortunately crosses paths with Odenkirk.

Nobody was originally set to hit last August but the pandemic changed all that and the new and most current launch date is March 26th of this month. Check out Odenkirk’s transformation below!
