More Cinematic Release Delays are on the Horizon as THE KING’s MAN, MORBIUS , NO TIME TO DIE and More get Pushed Back Yet Again

By: John M Jerva

It really feels like we are stuck in a constant flux of deja vu as film companies have announced yet another round of cinematic delays for films as theaters continue to be closed due to the pandemic. Even with signs of a vaccine arriving, most of the potential late winter and spring releases have been shelved yet again. Read the list below and weep.

No Time to Die: October 8th, 2021

The King’s Man: August 20th, 2021

Morbius: January 21st, 2022

As of this writing, the summer planned blockbusters like F9, Black Widow, Top Gun: Maverick and others are still on track but we all know that can change at a moment’s notice. Warner Bros. in a refreshing move actually pushed up the release for Godzilla Vs Kong to March 22nd as it will also premiere on HBOMAX at the same time and we still have Mortal Kombat to look forward to on April 16th so the spring isn’t a total washout.

The reports did mention other films but I’m just sticking with the genre flicks here.

Just like always, keep it locked and loaded right here for more as we are your destination for release date delay bad news.

In the meantime, let me tease you with the latest trailers for the three films above as we now have to wait longer to see them. Sigh…
