The jury is still out with me on the new Birds Of Prey flick which brings back one of the best things about Suicide Squad which is Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn. Robbie really stole the show from everyone else in that film and now she’s front and center for even more crazy shenanigans with a whole new wacky crew.
Warner Bros. has issued a second trailer for the film which serves up even more crazy hijinks so check out the newest tease below courtesy of Miss Quinn!
Official Synopsis: A twisted tale told by Harley Quinn herself, when Gotham’s most nefariously narcissistic villain, Roman Sionis, and his zealous right-hand, Zsasz, put a target on a young girl named Cass, the city is turned upside down looking for her. Harley, Huntress, Black Canary and Renee Montoya’s paths collide, and the unlikely foursome have no choice but to team up to take Roman down.
Starring along with Robbie are Ewan McGregor which plays the iconic villain Black Mask AKA Roman Sionis. They are joined by Rosie Perez, Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Huntress, and Jurnee Smollett-Bell as Black Canary.
Cathy Yan helms the film which will hit theaters soon on February 7th so we don’t have long to wait to see if this next entry in the DCEU will deliver as it is in a state of flux to say the least. Lets just hope that this flick and James Gunn’s Suicide Squad 2 keeps things moving in the right direction for DC properties but only time will tell.
Without further ado, check out the ladies in action below!
