BOSS LEVEL: Gibson and Grillo are Front and Center on the Awesome Retro 80’s Poster for the Action-Thriller!

By: John M Jerva

One of of the biggest and most anticipated action films for 2020 has to be the Mel Gibson and a Frank Grillo led action-thriller Boss Level which sees Grillo playing a spec-ops soldier named Roy Pulver living one hell of a Groundhog’s Day as he is relentlessly killed only to awaken the next day to do it all over again. Joe Carnahan (The A-Team, The Grey) helms the flick which is being brought to us by his and Grillo’s War Party Productions banner.

A new and awesome 80’s retro looking poster has just dropped for the film which also features Naomi Watts and Michelle Yeoh who are also featured with our other two stars. By all means, peek at it below!

Official Synopsis: A retired special forces officer is trapped in a never ending time loop on the day of his death.

Carnahan and Grillo have promised that they will be dishing out some new and creative action flicks with their War Party banner and this film looks like a hell of a lot of fun and I can’t wait to see some first footage from it. The two are also looking to retool the classic action film The Raid which is still in development.

Also starring Annabelle Wallis and Ken Jeong with Carnahan sharing writing credit along with Chris and Eddie Borley.

I’m loving the 80’s retro action vibe of the poster and here’s hoping with all the talent involved it delivers the throwback action goods. Grillo always brings it in his films and teaming him up with Gibson is a stroke of genius.

Release and trailer info is still pending on this one so keep it locked and loaded right here for more details to drop!
