When it comes to big name actors getting the chance to star in Tom Clancy novel adaptations, the list is long and distinguished with the likes of Alex Baldwin, Harrison Ford, Ben Affleck and Chris Pine all getting the opportunity to play Hack Ryan on screen with John Krasinski now doing the duty on Amazon Prime.

Well, it’s time to usher in a new screen hero based on Clancy property as Creed’s Michael B. Jordan is ready to fight as ex-Navy SEAL John Clark in the newest entry Without Remorse.

Jordan took to Instagram to show us the first look at his spec-ops warrior and you can view it below!

Helmed by Stefano Sollima (Sicario: Day of the Soldado) from a screenplay penned by Taylor Sheridan, Without Remorse has Jordan starring as former Navy SEAL turned elite CIA operative John Clark who was at one time a secondary character helping Jack Ryan in the books but with this novel, Clark took center stage in a tragic tale of vengeance that is bullet riddled to say the least.

There is an already planned sequel with Jordan returning in Rainbow Six so it looks like we will get our dose of heavy hitting special ops action in the future.

Without Remorse is set for a 2020 release so keep it locked and loaded right here for more in the future!
