To prove my point once again that Frank Grillo is the hardest working actor today, we now have an official trailer for his newest action-thriller from his War Party production banner which reunites him with fellow MCU star Anthony Mackie in the new action-thriller Point Blank which will premiere exclusively on Netflix. Official Synopsis: “When his pregnant wife is kidnapped and held as collateral, Paul, an ER nurse, must team with the badly injured career criminal and murder suspect under his charge in order to save the lives of his wife and unborn child. Pitted against rival gangs and a deadly ring of corrupt cops, the unlikely duo find a way to survive together in the fight of their lives. A gritty, action-packed thriller starring Anthony Mackie and Frank Grillo.”

Grillo is certainly bringing his A game in the past few years with films like Wheelman and Beyond Skyline and his new production venture War Party which he created with partner Joe Carnahan looks like it will reap the action whirlwind for genre fans so Point Blank certainly looks like a step above. Mackie always brings it as well so pairing these two up for a buddy action flick is a no brainer.
