Last week, Hollywood icon and action god Tom Cruise rocked the Las Vegas CinemaCon with the latest tease of what might be his last hurrah as super-agent Ethan Hunt in the Mission: Impossible films. Labeled appropriately enough Mission: Impossible- The Final Reckoning, the second half of Cruise’s supposed action swan song finally will see the light this May when it hits theaters. The trailer that Cruise showed off last week is finally online for all to enjoy so partake in the insane action design and Cruise playing with death one more time!
Our lives are the sum of our choices. Tom Cruise is Ethan Hunt in Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning.

I mean, the new key art has the star hanging off a propeller plane as it’s inverted for god’s sake so any mistake of thinking that Tom Cruise is not the last in a dying breed of action star is sorely wrong. There really isn’t any more we can say on this matter and May 23rd or the initial night before for advanced screenings cannot come fast enough for action cinema faithful. Cruise has, without a doubt, saved the best for last of course and now we have Tom Cruise doing Tom Cruise things and proving once again that he has truly found the Fountain of Youth. This new look at Mission: Impossible- The Final Reckoning is off the charts, and it looks like the series will go out with a bang once it finally does end.
Cruise stars along with Hayley Atwell, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Esai Morales, Pom Klementieff, Henry Czerny, Mariela Garriga, Holt McCallany, Janet McTeer, Nick Offerman, Hannah Waddingham, Tramell Tillman, Shea Whigham, Greg Tarzan Davis, Charles Parnell, Mark Gatiss, Rolf Saxon, Lucy Tulugarjuk and Angela Bassett. Christopher McQuarrie, who co-penned the screenplay with Erik Jendresen returns again for the final mission.
