STOP! Collaborate and listen! Back in October of last year, action fans were floored (to say the least) when the announcement dropped that former rap star Vanilla Ice would be teaming up with action/martial arts icon Chuck Norris in anew thriller titled Zombie Plane. Just writing that sentence still makes me do a double take to this day as this beloved Chuck Norris fan still can’t believe that this is a reality. It just sounds like the biggest train wreck in the best possible way.
Unfortunately, not much has been delivered since on the project and some were wondering if this was indeed fake news but low and behold here, we are today to share the official key art for the film which once again proves that the movie is real and will be coming to a screen near you. Partake in the brand new one sheet below!

Zombie Plane centers on a secret government organization that recruits celebrities to be undercover agents, who together must save humanity from an imminent zombie attack. Norris, Ice and Monk play themselves (actually, Norris plays Commander Chuck Norris, who mentored and trained Ice into becoming a deadly secret agent), but the feature is reportedly full of of celebrity cameos, with a ’90s pop soundtrack including tracks by Ice himself.
Norris was essentially retired for decades and is now coming out of it again (we call that pulling a Brett Favre) for the new action parody. Better yet, Norris will be playing a version of himself where he recruits infamous 90’s rap star Vanilla Ice into a special unit of Hollywood stars to fight the zombie apocalypse. No, you did read that right. Seriously, why wasn’t this movie made years before?! Bring it already!
OK. Let me finish up and just say that this sounds like pure cheesy goodness and I for one cannot wait to see what the hell transpires with it when it comes out. First look footage cannot come fast enough people. The movie apparently already has been shot and it was helmed by Lav Bodnaruk and Michael Pier of Chop Shop Post which is a “post-production and VFX house whose recent work includes Paramount+’s Last King of the Cross and Amazon’s Trope.” The film is also said to feature a host of celebrity cameos as well. By the way, Sophie Monk also stars if anyone cares because it’s Ice and Norris that we are all here to see.
There’s still really nothing more to say at this time even after over a year but expect to Lock N Load right here in 2025 for more Intel to follow because this sounds like cinematic gold. Now, can somebody in PR send me a screener of this when ready because I want to watch the shit out of it. Let me just end this article the only way I know how…
Yo! If there’s a problem, yo, I’ll, solve it, check out the hook while my DJ revolves it! You’re welcome America!
