Aaron Eckhart better be careful, or he might dethrone Frank Grillo as the hardest working actor in action cinema as the Has Fallen franchise star is starring in another CIA fueled actioner titled Classified. I say another because Eckhart’s last two films, The Bricklayer and Chief of Station, both had the leading man playing a well-oiled killing machine for the government agency. This one has a twist however as Eckhart stars as a reclusive CIA hitman who gets his jobs from the classified section of the newspaper. Hence the title. Unfortunately, he finds out that his division has been inactive for years and that his boss (Tim Roth) is also dead, and he’s been working for an unknown assailant for years. Uh-oh trouble. To top it off, his estranged daughter, played by Abigail Breslin has tracked him down. Scroll below to check out the new trailer and key art from Saban Fims!
Operating alone in the field for more than 20 years, a CIA hitman (Aaron Eckhart) uses the ‘Help Wanted’ section of the newspapers to get his orders from the Agency. His long-lost daughter (Abigail Breslin), now a UK MI6 analyst, tracks him down to deliver shocking news: his CIA boss (Tim Roth) has been dead for years and the division long since shut down. Together, they set out to discover whose orders he’s been executing.

Fans of action well know that Eckhart has been crushing it as of late with the action films and he’s definitely putting the work in when it comes to stunts and action design delivering believable performances to go along with the physicality. Classified looks to be another notch in Eckhart’s action filmography arsenal so bring it.
Classified stars Eckhart, Breslin and Roth along with Matt Hookings, Myles Clohessy, Kim DeLonghi, Joe Azzopardi, and Marysia S. Peres. Roel Reiné, who is no stranger to the action genre helms the chaos from a script penned by Bob DeRosa.
