A Warrior will Rise as New & Epic Key Art Hits for KNIGHTS OF THE ZODIAC!

This one looks cool and Mark Dacascos is doing his signature thing too so sign me up for the ANIME style Sci-Fi actioner Knights of the Zodiac. Add in one hell of a supporting cast and this has the makings of cult movie status for years to come mixing genres with blinding fast fight sequences.

Sony Pictures and Toei Animation also officially unveiled the full length trailer for the movie a while back and CGI infused special effects and jaw dropping martial arts action are in order for genre fans looking for a fix of adrenaline soaked entertainment. New key art and a blistering trailer are now live and ready to view below!!!! Check out the new and out of this work key art featuring the cast below! Yes, this is official key art because…you know…I do my homework 😌.

Official Synopsis: Produced by Toei Animation and based on the international anime sensation, Knights of the Zodiac brings the Saint Seiya saga to the big screen in live-action for the first time. Seiya (Mackenyu), a headstrong street teen, spends his time fighting for cash while he searches for his abducted sister. When one of his fights unwittingly taps into mystical powers he never knew he had, Seiya finds himself thrust into a world of warring saints, ancient magical training and a reincarnated goddess who needs his protection. If he’s to survive, he will need to embrace his destiny and sacrifice everything to take his rightful place among the Knights of the Zodiac.

The movie is bolstered by an incredible and stacked international cast that includes Mackenyu (Rurouni Kenshin: The Final) as Seiya, Madison Iseman (Fear of Rain) as Sienna and Sean Bean (Game of Thrones) as Alman Kiddo. Famke Janssen (X-Men), Nick Stahl (Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines), Diego Tinoco (On My Block), and martial arts action icon Mark Dacascos (Blade of the 47 Ronin) also star in the movie that is crowd pleasing and aesthetically looking phenomenal.

Former Jackie Chan stunt team pro Andy Cheng was on fight choreography duties for this one and you can definitely see his flair for the extreme in the action set pieces. Tomasz Baginski helms the pic.

Knights of the Zodiac invades theaters in time for the summer rush on May 12th!
