Well Go USA Acquires Marko Zaror’s Old School Martial Arts Epic FIST OF THE CONDOR!

Here’s a bit of news that I happened upon by accident as I was patrolling the internet. Chilean martial arts super star Marko Zaror, who will be seen this month in John Wick Chapter 4, is set to throw it back to the old school martial arts films in the upcoming Fist of the Condor. You know the types of onscreen slugfests I’m talking about. The ones with sharp edits and even sharper zoom ins on the stars. Cheesiness is in fashion here and infused with Zaror’s bone jarring and gravity ignoring signature fight action, this one has cult classic written all over it.

Well, as I was par-oozing Well Go USA’s official site, low and behold there was Zaror and his indie feature. The popular film distribution company of martial arts flicks and other genre bending pics has acquired the film for release. The news comes with new key art and images which you can view at your leisure below.

Official Synopsis:

Upon the empire’s fall to invading conquistadors, the 16th-century Incas quickly concealed a sacred manual containing the secrets behind their deadly fighting technique. But after centuries of careful safeguarding, the manual is again at risk of falling into the wrong hands, leaving its rightful guardian to battle the world’s greatest assassins to protect the ancient secrets within.

Helmed by Ernesto Díaz Espinoza, Zaror stars along with Eyal Meyer, Gina Aguad, Fernanda Urrejola and Man Soo Yoon.

While we wait for Well Go USA’s updated trailer, check out the original international teaser that hit a few weeks back with Zaror spinning, flipping and killing the competition. You’ll also notice the Saturday Kung Fu Theater vibe the movie has going for it!

The release date is set for April 4th via Well Go USA so Lock ‘N’ Load right here for a new domestic trailer release in the near future and more details!!!
